Nate shoots 35mm film, color and black and white, and hands over the film at the end of the wedding event, or late into the reception. The newly-weds then process the film for prints and at this time request a CD with the pictures in digital form. This allows you to have both prints and digital images. You also have the negatives which allows you to make enlargements of the finest quality.
There are many options with your film and Nate is happy to make suggestions.
With a typical wedding, which does not exist, I arrive a few hours before the wedding begins. I shoot the bride, groom and wedding party as they prepare for the day. Dressing, make-up, a prayer session, beer and cheese... Whatever I come across I shoot.

While many claim to be photojournalist these days in the wedding photography business, keep in mind I am a true photojournalist, a newspaper photographer and this is what I bring to your wedding day. I tell the story of your wedding with an average of 600 pictures.

Nate also photographs weddings in Mexico and beyond. With destination weddings, I often shoot more considering the time and effort invested in the wedding.
As an example, you may plan to go horseback riding, or fishing, or build a giant sand castle on the beach; these are the pictures that I pursue and what I think makes a fantastic documentation of your wedding days. We will look over your plans for the wedding and so much more, then plan accordingly on what I will photograph. I often shoot for two days, about 8 hours each day. The same services are offered as explained for U.S. based weddings however, airfare needs to be payed by the client.

Let's assume you are planning a wedding in Mexico, and airfare is $400 roundtrip. Nate has a flat fee of $1,800 to photograph your wedding day. Your total cost is $2,200. If you can not provide lodging, add $100 per day. Nate requires a minimum of two nights.
Nate has a current passport and speaks fair Spanish.

A $100 deposit is required to secure your wedding.
Important: Your wedding date is not secured until a deposit has been recieved.
